About Mindstead

Mindstead delivers ACT-informed resilience training as workplace skills development, focused on practical tools people can apply immediately. We deliver in-person resilience training for teams under pressure. Not therapy. Not motivational fluff. Practical, evidence-based skills people can use the same week at work.Your team learns how to:
Handle difficult thoughts and emotions more effectively.
Stay steady under pressure.Make values-led decisions when workloads are high.Take meaningful action even when motivation is lowThe Outcome:
Calmer, clearer, more consistent performance, and a team that copes better when things get busy.

What is ACT?
ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) is an evidence-based approach focused on building psychological flexibility, the ability to handle difficult thoughts and feelings while taking action on what matters (Hayes et al., 2006).
Why ACT in the workplace?
ACT is particularly useful at work because it doesn’t require life to be calm first. It’s built for high-demand environments where pressure, uncertainty, and difficult emotions are normal. Instead of trying to eliminate stress, ACT teaches people how to stay focused, values-led, and effective even when things feel hard.
